Solar Academy is a joint initiative by TFTC and a leading solar panel manufacturer, built to address the shortage of skilled installers in Turkey's rapidly growing residential solar market. Over one intensive week, the program combines classroom theory, roof-specific simulations, and supervised installation practice, so every graduate leaves able to deliver installations that meet international quality standards.

Curriculum
Program Structure
Solar Academy offers a comprehensive training program designed to ensure every installer can deliver high-quality solar panel installations to international standards.
Theoretical Training
Training on solar energy technologies, system design, electrical connections, and safety standards — covering international standards such as IEC and TÜV, alongside Turkey's legal requirements.
Simulation-Based Training
Installation simulations built around the 8 most common roof types in Turkey, covering the tools and techniques specific to each.
Hands-On Training
Solar panel installation and energy output testing on real roof projects, followed by post-installation performance analysis.
Assessment & Certification
Participants are assessed through theoretical and practical exams. Successful participants receive internationally recognized certification.
